Description
This is an activity you have to complete after watching the video. Note the answers and we will discuss them in class.
Warm up stage
- a hand tool for turning a screw, consisting of a handle attached to along, narrow shank, usually of metal, which tapers and flattens out to atip that fits into the slotted head of a screw.
- (sometimes used with a singular verb) small pincers with longjaws, for bending wire, holding small objects
- a saw for cutting metal, consisting typically of a narrow, fine-toothedblade fixed in a frame.
- a wedgelike tool with a cutting edge at the end of the blade, oftenmade of steel, used for cutting or shaping wood, stone, etc.
